Komtessa (show name Contessa) is a 16.0 hand '95 imported Holsteiner mare by Levantos II. Tessa was shown in the hunters and low jumpers before being retired as a broodmare. She has had one previous foal by a pony stallion, and had a fabulous colt by Escudo I on April 7. Everton was purchased in utero and is proudly owned by Kim Donaldson of Florida. Tessa was presented with her foal to the GOV in June and was placed in the Main Mare Book! She is being re-bred to Escudo I for an '09 foal (not available for in utero purchase at this time).
